The following campaign summary information is reported:

• Queued: this is the number of emails on your list that Mustang List attempted to send to.
• Sent: this is the actual number of emails on your list that Mustang List successfully sent to.
• Opens: this is the number of times the email was opened. (This includes multiple opens by the same subscriber.)
• Clicks: the total number of clicks your email received. (This includes multiple clicks by the same subscriber.)
• Unsubs: this is the number of unsubscribes that resulted from clicking the unsub link in the campaign.
• Complaints: this is the number of complaints to the ISPs elicited by subscribers clicking the complaint link in their email client.
• Bounces: A message that was sent but was not actually delivered.
