Use categories to target your customers. You’ll want to add categories and import subscribers to this category. You can make categories to help you include subscribers or make categories in order to exclude subscribers. After your categories are established and subscribers are added to them, tick the box for Advanced Options on the Send Message page. Under Include These Categories, select the category that you want to receive this mailing. Alternatively, you could choose categories to exclude from your mailing by selecting a category under Exclude These Categories.
You can also use both: the Include Category and Exclude Category selections work together. You can include category "A" and at the same time exclude category "B." The net effect of that selection is that your message will be sent to addresses in category "A" that are not in category "B." Click the Send Message button to begin sending your targeted mailing.
