How do I mark a subscriber Inactive?

Go to Subscribers and click on Manage Subscribers. Find the subscriber you would like to mark Inactive. Click the link for Mark Inactive next to the subscriber. A message will pop up asking you to confirm the change. Click OK. The subscriber status will now say Inactive and be red.
