Yes. You can send messages based on a custom date or range of custom dates by using the filter under Advanced on the Message Sending page. Tick the Advanced box on the Send Message page to reveal the Advanced sending options. Under the Custom Date you wish to target, enter the range of dates in the field for Beginning and Ending Dates.

Remember if you’ve used other filters, such as Categories or the State/province and Country filter, as well as the custom dates filter, your email will only be sent to the emails that fit the parameters of the other filters AND falls within the dates you specify. And if you use two or more of the custom date filters together, you are narrowing down the number of people you’ll email—not including more people. The people who ultimately receive your email will have had to match both dates or date ranges, making the group receiving the email smaller.
