Yes! Tick the Advanced box on the Send Message page to reveal the Advanced sending options. Select the Categories you wish to Include and Exclude. Then select the State/province and/or the country you wish to include. When you include or exclude by Categories and by region, remember the filters are cumulative: in order to receive your mailing the address must meet ALL filter criteria. Note: When you select multiple states/provinces or multiple countries, you are not requiring that the member be in all of the states or countries selected, but rather allowing members from any of the states or countries you selected to be included in the target.

For example: you can include category "A" and at the same time exclude category "B." The net effect of that selection is that your message will be sent to addresses in category "A" that are not in category "B." If you then select the state Texas, you will further drill down and your message will be sent to the addresses in category “A” that are in Texas and are not in category “B”; or are in Texas, Maryland or Oregon; or are in Canada (depending on what criteria you select).
