To create a Text-only email message, you need to choose Text Editor as the Default Editor in the List Settings for the List you're sending the message from (go to List/ List Settings). If you don’t want the Default Editor to be permanently changed to Text Editor, you’ll have to change it back to the HTML editor after creating your text email.
