Personalization Tags are a way to insert data like a subscriber’s name or email address into an email. They personalize the email for the reader.

For example, rather than beginning an email with Hello! You can insert the name of the subscriber so that the greeting of the email reads: Hello Subscriber Name! Displaying the email address that the email is being sent to can be useful reminder when subscribers receive email from different email accounts in one email client.
