Go to Subscribers and click on Manage Subscribers. Find the subscriber you would like to view. Click the link for Show Activity next to the subscriber. You will see all of the Activity of the subscriber as well as their Open/Close Statistics. If you look at the bottom of the list of activity you will see how they were added to the list, when, and from what IP address the action took place.
