How do I remove a subscriber?

Go to Subscribers and click on Manage Subscribers. Type in the email address and click Search for Email Address. When the email address appears, click the link for Delete in the Action column. You may also tick the box next to the email address and click the button for Delete Checked. You can also batch delete emails this way.

Note: Mustang List does not recommend removing subscribers unless there is an error in the entry. Unsubscribed or Inactive subscribers should remain on the list with a status of Inactive in order to ensure they won’t receive emails from you. Subscribers with a status of Inactive are not sent email messages. An inactive record will also contain important history such as date subscribed, IP address, complaints, etc. If you were to delete these subscribers from the system, it’s possible that they could end up on a file of subscribers that you import and they would end up re-subscribed.
